Welcome!

Welcome to the NeedMore Fitness blog!  

Today’s tip is: Get Moving!  What do I mean by “moving”?  Anything other than sitting!  If you are not the type of person that “works out”, you have absolutely no interest in ever stepping foot in a gym and the thought of watching an exercise DVD, much less actually doing it makes you want to vomit, then commit to walking around your house 10 times as soon as you finish reading this post.  If you know you can push a little harder than that, do as many squats as you can (yes you can squat and read at the same time), lunge up and down the hallway 5 times and then make 10 “house laps”.  You will be glad you did!  Happy Moving!
